Congratulations on making the leap by choosing SportKeeper as your business management platform. You're in good hands!
There are a couple things that you'll probably want to setup in order to start getting all the benefits of the software. We use Stripe for payment processing, so you'll need to have that account established first. There's no lengthy approval process and in the majority of cases activation is instant.
If you're migrating from Rock Gym Pro, or you would rather use A.C.H. billing for recurring membership payments as opposed to Stripe, you'll also need to setup an account with ACHWorks. This approval process is a lot slower, and quite a few membership features will not be available when using this recurring payment method.
We'll guide you the rest of the way until you're setup and ready, but if at any point you need help please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know!
After you register for SportKeeper you'll be sent through an on-boarding sequence designed to get you up and running quickly and easily. You can exit this at anytime.
