Sport Keeper is a software platform available via the internet. Each company has a specific internet URL. For example, https://yourcompany.sport-keeper.com. Replace yourcompany with the correct URL.
There are three main components to the application; Core, Web, and Kiosk
The core application is where staff members work on a day-to-day basis. It's where memberships are created, and where members are checked in.
This is the public-facing side of your facility. New members can join and sign your digital waivers. Existing members can login and manage their payment methods, membership, and visualize their checkins. The general public can also book free or paid events that you mark as public.
For all intents and purposes, this is your website.
The kiosk is meant to be displayed on tablets at your facility. New members can join and sign your digital waiver, and can also checkin. You can also set it up in automatic checkin mode, which supports a third-party barcode scanner for checking members in via barcoded key-tags.
